Instant Mixed Dosa
This dosa recipe is quick and highly nutritious. Less carb and more proteins.

- 1 cup Semolina/Rava
- 2 cup Rice flour
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 an Ginger
- 3-4 nos Green chillie
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Blend semolina, rice flour, yoghurt, ginger & Green chillies adding some salt to taste.
Mix wheat flour adding sufficient water to dilute it a little without lumps.
The batter is ready, keep aside for 1/2 hr.
Heat the dosa griddle and pour the batter and spread it in circular motion.
Pour oil around and leave it for a min then once it gets released on the sides flip it over to the other side.
Leave it till it crisps but dont let it get burnt.
Take this off from the griddle.
:- Dosa is ready. Have with spicy hot chutneys..
