Instant Mixed Dosa

This dosa recipe is quick and highly nutritious. Less carb and more proteins.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Semolina/Rava
  • 2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 an Ginger
  • 3-4 nos Green chillie
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend semolina, rice flour, yoghurt, ginger & Green chillies adding some salt to taste.
  • Mix wheat flour adding sufficient water to dilute it a little without lumps.
  • The batter is ready, keep aside for 1/2 hr.
  • Heat the dosa griddle and pour the batter and spread it in circular motion.
  • Pour oil around and leave it for a min then once it gets released on the sides flip it over to the other side.
  • Leave it till it crisps but dont let it get burnt.
  • Take this off from the griddle.
  • :- Dosa is ready. Have with spicy hot chutneys..
