Pour oil into fry pan.
Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add chopped onions, ginger and then saute till onions are light brown.
Add carrot cubes, potato cubes and chillies to it. Saute for few more time.
Add tomato and saute well.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and then saute till tomato dries up partially.
Sprinkle some water to it for mixing.
Add bread pieces to it and saute till bread pieces gets mixed well.
Take it out and transfer to plate.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
