Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Leftover Boiled Plain Rice
  • 1 tsp mustered seeds
  • 1 pinch Turmaric powder
  • 1 Cup Fresh Curds
  • 5-8 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 1 no Cucumber finely chopped, Small
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Carrot finely chopped
  • 1 no Tomato small
  • 1 no Onion small
  • 2 nos Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oil in a Kadai.
  • Add mustured seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Add Curry leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger and Saute for 1 minute and then add turmaric powder.
  • Add finely chopped all vegetable.
  • Add the rice and required salt.
  • Add curds and mix well.
  • Note:- Do not add Curds to hot rice. Allow it to coll a little before adding curds
  • :- Serve it
