Instructions
Heat Oil in a Kadai.
Add mustured seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add Curry leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger and Saute for 1 minute and then add turmaric powder.
Add finely chopped all vegetable.
Add the rice and required salt.
Add curds and mix well.
Note:- Do not add Curds to hot rice. Allow it to coll a little before adding curds
