mustered seeds

Turmaric powder

Green Chillies

Ginger

Oil
Salt
as reqd
Instructions
Heat
Oil
in a Kadai.
Add mustured seeds and allow it to splutter.
Add
Curry leaves
,
Green Chillies
,
Ginger
and Saute for 1 minute and then add turmaric powder.
Add finely chopped all vegetable.
Add the rice and required
salt
.
Add curds and mix well.
Note:- Do not add Curds to hot rice. Allow it to coll a little before adding curds
:- Serve it
