1 Cup Leftover Boiled Plain Rice1 tsp mustered seeds1 pinch Turmaric powder1 Cup Fresh Curds5-8 leaves Curry Leaves1 no Cucumber (finely chopped, Small)1 no Onion1 no Carrot (finely chopped)1 no Tomato (small)1 no Onion (small)2 nos Green Chillies (finely chopped)1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)1 tbsp OilSalt (as reqd) Heat Oil in a Kadai.Add mustured seeds and allow it to splutter.Add Curry leaves, Green Chillies, Ginger and Saute for 1 minute and then add turmaric powder.Add finely chopped all vegetable.Add the rice and required salt.
