Butter
Instructions
Stir mix Oats, milk powder and sugar and make a paste with it adding a little bit of water.
When the mixture has blend in well, pour 2 cups of water into it and boil.
After the mixture boils, cook for 8 minutes on low flame.
Fry raisins and cashew in butter and garnish on cooked oats.
