Salt

Mustard seeds

Fenugreek

Curry leaves

Dry Red Chillies
Oil
as reqd
Instructions
Grind and mix Coconut, tomatoes and salt with water required for consistency of chutney - in a mixer.
Heat Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek.
Add Dry Red Chillies and Curry leaves.
Pour the mixture of coconut and tomatoes into the pan.
Put the flame off immediately.
:- Serve with crisp dosas. Yum!!!
