Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Sauer Cream
  • or
  • 200 ml Yogurt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut dry
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 3 nos Egg
  • 3 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Keep the cream/yogurt tin and make it the measuring cup.
  • Mix well all the ingredients together using a hand mixer.
  • Pre heat the oven and keep the mixture in a baking form in the oven.
  • Heat: 180ªC Time: 40-50 mins
