Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Button Mushroom
  • 3 pods Garlic
  • Ginger Medium size
  • 2 nos Big Onion medium size
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut onions,ginger and garlic into thin strips.
  • Cut mushrooms ino four.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add onions nd saute till onions turn glassy.
  • Add garlic and ginger and saute it for 2 mins.
  • Add mushrooms and pepper saute well.
  • Add salt after 2 minutes and cook for few more minutes.
  • :- Delicious mushrooms is ready!!!!
