Cook the chicken and get the shredded chicken for 2 cups.
Cook prawn and mushrooms separately.
Fry the garlic paste in oil untill golden brown and the oil is flavoured well with the garlic.
Fry the rice in the above oil and then cook it with salt.
Add the respective sauces and vinegar.
In another pan saute the onion,carrot,french beans,shredded chicken, mushrooms and prawns respectively.
Add capsicum,cellery and spring onion and boil for just 1 minute.
Mix the vegetable with rice and the sauces if need.
