Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Basmati rice
  • 2 nos Carrot
  • 2 nos Capsicum
  • 6 nos Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Cellery
  • 1/4 kg French beans
  • 2 cups Sredded chicken
  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 2 nos Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Aginomoto
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken and get the shredded chicken for 2 cups.
  • Cook prawn and mushrooms separately.
  • Fry the garlic paste in oil untill golden brown and the oil is flavoured well with the garlic.
  • Fry the rice in the above oil and then cook it with salt.
  • Add the respective sauces and vinegar.
  • In another pan saute the onion,carrot,french beans,shredded chicken, mushrooms and prawns respectively.
  • Add capsicum,cellery and spring onion and boil for just 1 minute.
  • Mix the vegetable with rice and the sauces if need.
