Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Brown rice Matta
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to cook rice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Uluva Kanji, first soak the Fenugreek seeds for 3 hours.
  • Wash the rice.
  • Add required water to the rice, mix the fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Add required salt.
  • Bring the rice to boil and cook till the required porridge consistency.
  • :- Serve Uluva Kanji hot.
