Bhindi Masala - Simple And Delicious

Bhindi masala is a semi dry dish. Bhindi masala is very tasty and quite easy to prepare. A Mouth watering, easy to make ladys finger side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Lady`s Finger
  • 3 nos Onion sliced
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1 no Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Jeera powder Cumin
  • Dry mango powder a pinch, Amchur
  • 1/4 Tspn Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut Lady`s finger into 1 inch length.
  • In a kadai pour oil and add cumin seeds. Wait till it breaks.
  • Add Onions and saute till pink colour.
  • Add Ginger-Garlic paste,green chillies and saute for a minute.
  • Add all the powders.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and required salt.
  • Finally add the lady`s finger.
  • Allow the lady`s finger to cook for 5 minutes with the lid.
  • :- Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve Bhindi Masala hot with Chappathi`s or rice. Excellent Side dish.
