Bhindi Masala - Simple And Delicious
Bhindi masala is a semi dry dish. Bhindi masala is very tasty and quite easy to prepare. A Mouth watering, easy to make ladys finger side dish.

- 500 gms Lady`s Finger
- 3 nos Onion sliced
- 2 nos Tomato chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- 1 no Green chillies
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Jeera powder Cumin
- Dry mango powder a pinch, Amchur
- 1/4 Tspn Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
Cut Lady`s finger into 1 inch length.
In a kadai pour oil and add cumin seeds. Wait till it breaks.
Add Onions and saute till pink colour.
Add Ginger-Garlic paste,green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add all the powders.
Add the chopped tomatoes and required salt.
Finally add the lady`s finger.
Allow the lady`s finger to cook for 5 minutes with the lid.
:- Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve Bhindi Masala hot with Chappathi`s or rice. Excellent Side dish.
