Boil the eggs, slice into two pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Saute onion, ginger & garlic.
When the onions turn slightly brown, add all the masalas into it and saute well.
Add the tomato pieces & capsicum .
Add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water along with required salt.
When it starts boiling, add the boiled eggs to it and cook for 2 mins.
Stir it and remove from fire.
:- Season it with curry leaves while boiling.
