Mast Mast Maggi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Vegetable Atta Noodles the green packet, very healthy & tasty too
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 5 nos Garlic pods crushed, an easy way to do this would be to crush it with the back of a knife
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 nos Eggs nicely beaten
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the maggi with water and half of the maggi tastemaker. Set aside.
  • Heat half the oil in a pan.
  • Make a scramble out of the beaten eggs. Add salt & pepper seasoning to this. Set aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
  • Add chillies, garlic and the onions to be sauted until the onions turn into a light pink colour.
  • Reduce the flame and add the remaining maggi tastemaker followed by the soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for a minute.
  • To this, add the cooked maggi and 2 tbsp of water.
  • Allow one boil and then add the scrambled eggs.
  • Eat it hot out of a bowl with coriander(optional).
