Cook the maggi with water and half of the maggi tastemaker. Set aside.
Heat half the oil in a pan.
Make a scramble out of the beaten eggs. Add salt & pepper seasoning to this. Set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
Add chillies, garlic and the onions to be sauted until the onions turn into a light pink colour.
Reduce the flame and add the remaining maggi tastemaker followed by the soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for a minute.
To this, add the cooked maggi and 2 tbsp of water.
Allow one boil and then add the scrambled eggs.
Eat it hot out of a bowl with coriander(optional).
