Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the chopped onion till golden brown.
Add tomatoes and cook till its mashed.
Add the cleaned chicken, salt and turmeric.
Mix well and cook for 10 mins with closed lid in simmer.
Add ginger, garlic, pepper powder, garam masala, chilly powder and coriander powder.
Mix well and cook for 10 more mins with closed lid.
:- If in a hurry, u can omit ginger-garlic paste. The curry still would be tasty.
Pour ghee, add crushed pepper and curry leaves.
Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
:- Serve hot.
