Sabudana
Sago/Chowari

Kadalamavu
Chana Daal

can reduce or increase depending on your spicy intake

finely chopped

just enough to make the dough
Oil for frying
Salt

Instructions
Soak the parippu for atleast 2 hrs.
Grind the soaked parippu with water.
Add chillies and onions.
Add sabudana, chana daal and salt.
Mix all these ingredients well.
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, make small rounds out of the above mixture, and put into the hot oil.
Fry it till it tourns brown, and then take it out of the oil and put into a plate.
Your vada is now ready to have with tomato chutney.
