First dip the gelatin leaves in little cold water for 5 mins.
Squeeze the water out, and keep the leaves aside.
Mix water and sugar in pan.
Boil over slow fire until sugar dissolves.
Add the soaked gelatin leaves one by one.
Leave the mixture to cool.
Add mango puree, fresh mango paste, fresh cream and ice-cream.
Stir mixture until all ice-cream is melted.
Pour into small cups and leave in fridge to set for atleast an hour.
Serve decorated with fresh berries.
