Boil the milk and keep on a low flame and add sugar.
Mix baking powder and milk powder in a bowl.
Add egg white only (don't use yellow once) and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough.
Immediately, make small cherry sized balls off this dough.
Drop the above balls into the milk.
Cook till it becomes double the original size.
:- See if the texture is soft in the middle. If not, cook it again in the milk.
Add rose water, cardamom powder and yellow colour.
Cook till the milk becomes thick.
Garnish with pista, badam and saffron.
:- Serve cold.
