Ingredients
- Milk powder - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Egg white - 1 no
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 3/4 ltr
- Rose water - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder(A pinch, Elakka) -
- Badam(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Pista(chopped) - 4 nos
- Yellow colour(A drop) -
- Saffron(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Mix baking powder and milk powder in a bowl.
- Add egg white only (don't use yellow once) and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough.
- Immediately, make small cherry sized balls off this dough.
- Drop the above balls into the milk.
- Cook till it becomes double the original size.
- :- See if the texture is soft in the middle. If not, cook it again in the milk.
- Add rose water, cardamom powder and yellow colour.
- Cook till the milk becomes thick.
- Garnish with pista, badam and saffron.
- :- Serve cold.
