Horlicks kulfi is a simple milk based horlicks flavoured kulfi that can be prepared with readily available ingredients at home. Various kinds of moulds are used to make the tasty kulfi. You can use popsicle moulds or stainlessness steel cups or simply by any moulds like I have used in this post. Horlicks Kulfi is best relished during the height of summer, when you feel dehydrated and you want to cool your system. Horlicks Kulfi comes to your rescue and the best thing is you can cook up the dish in a few minutes. Horlicks is my best drink and now I can enjoy a kulfi ice cream right in my home. My kids love Horlicks Kulfi and they keep on pestering me.

Horlicks Kulfi

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Horlicks
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 &1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add horlicks and corn flour.
  • Pour 3 tbsp milk and mix well.
  • Boil the milk by adding sugar. When it starts boil reduce the flame and pour the mixture, make sure there are no lumps.
  • keep stirring and boil for another 5 minutes on medium heat till it starts thick. Unde 5-8 minutes it reaches a thick consistancy. Switch off and cool completely.fill the moulds as desired and freeze until set.
  • Yemmy delicious Horlicks kulfi is ready now.
