  • Heat butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion. Saute for few minutes and add chopped tomato. Saute until soft.
  • Add masala powders and saute for one minute to get rid off the raw smell of masala powders.
  • Add paneer and chopped capsicum. Saute for 5 minutes over medium to low flame.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  • Whisk one egg with little salt, pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  • Spread the above prepared filling on one side of the bread slice.
  • Place a cheese slice over it and cover it with another bread slice.
  • Dip the paneer filled bread slices in the egg mixture and coat on all sides.
  • Heat oil in a pan and toast both sides over low heat until crisp and light brown in color.
  • Cut and serve hot. Egg Paneer Cheese Sandwich is ready.
