Heat butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion. Saute for few minutes and add chopped tomato. Saute until soft.
Add masala powders and saute for one minute to get rid off the raw smell of masala powders.
Add paneer and chopped capsicum. Saute for 5 minutes over medium to low flame.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
Whisk one egg with little salt, pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
Spread the above prepared filling on one side of the bread slice.
Place a cheese slice over it and cover it with another bread slice.
Dip the paneer filled bread slices in the egg mixture and coat on all sides.
Heat oil in a pan and toast both sides over low heat until crisp and light brown in color.
Cut and serve hot. Egg Paneer Cheese Sandwich is ready.
