to cook kappa

Instructions
Put in cut kappa, 1 bunch of garlic, turmeric powder and required amount of water to cook kappa in a pressure cooker and wait till kappa is done.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter the mustard seeds and saute red dry chillies and curry leaves.
Put in 1 bunch of chopped garlic, onion and coconut into it and saute till coconut starts to becomes golden.
When kappa is done, open the pressure cooker`s lid and put in salt and mash the kappa.
Add the coconut mixture to it and mix well.
:- Serve hot.
