Authentic fish in tapioca and raw banana

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Black promfret or Mackeral
  • 2 nos Tapioca large
  • 1 no Raw banana large
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 no Garlic pod
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves
  • Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut tapioca and raw banana.
  • In a wok, add turmeric, salt and cut fish and boil them together.
  • Grind coconut, jeera, 1 garlic pod and red chilli powder.
  • Add this to the tapioca-raw banana mixture.
  • With the masher, just mash the mixture and cook till the mixture is cooked.
  • Add curry leaves and a tbsp of coconut oil.
