Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Cashews chopped
  • 2 tsp Green chillies minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/8 tsp Cooking soda
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida(Kaayam)
  • Curry leaves(chopped)
  • Oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • In a plate, rub together ghee, salt & soda using your palm till creamy.
  • Add minced green chillies, ginger, curry leaves & mix well.
  • Add flours & knead to a thick dough, if at all necessary, adding minimum water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • (Pinch÷ small balls off the dough & deep fry till brown.
  • Drop pakoras & fry on low fire till bubbles subside completely.
  • Cool & store airtight.
