A1 Chicken Tikka On Grill

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken cut into 6 pieces
  • 5 pieces Onion small
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 5 tsp Yoghurt
  • 1 no Lemon
  • 1 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 5-8 drops Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into 6 pieces(washed and pat dried).
  • Make a paste with all the ingredients listed with less quantity of water(exept the butter,soya sauce and salt).
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the ground paste and add soya sauce, butter and salt.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Grill the chicken in the hot oven for half an hour till both sides fully cooked.
  • We can have this grilled chicken with bread and green salad.
