A1 Chicken Tikka On Grill
a delicasy for non veggies
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken cut into 6 pieces
- 5 pieces Onion small
- 5 pods Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 5 tsp Yoghurt
- 1 no Lemon
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 5-8 drops Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 6 pieces(washed and pat dried).
- Marinate the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the ground paste and add soya sauce, butter and salt.
- Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Grill the chicken in the hot oven for half an hour till both sides fully cooked.
- We can have this grilled chicken with bread and green salad.
