Green chilly

Red chilli powder

Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
a pinch
Coriander leaves
finely chopped
Salt

Oil
for frying
Instructions
Wash and soak the green peas in water for minimum an hour.
Grind coarsely in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients except Oil and incorporate well with hands.
Heat oil in a medium flame.
Make patties with the ground mix and fry on a medium heat in oil.
Delicious vadas are ready to eat.
