Ingredients
- Split dry peas - 2 cups
- Onions(finely chopped, medium) - 1 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- Green chilly(finely chopped) - 4 nos
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida(a pinch) -
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Salt(As rqrd) -
- Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
- Wash and soak the green peas in water for minimum an hour.
- Grind coarsely in a blender.
- Mix all the ingredients except Oil and incorporate well with hands.
- Heat oil in a medium flame.
- Make patties with the ground mix and fry on a medium heat in oil.
- Delicious vadas are ready to eat.
