Heat oil (small quantity) in a pressure cooker.
To this add chopped onions and saute for a while.
Add salt,garam masala and aniseed pwdr.Saute
Add ginger garlic paste.saute till the fresh smell goes.
Add tomatoes and green chilli and Saute it.
Then add all the curry powders and very little water and cook till the fresh smell goes.
To this mix add potatoes carrots and capsicum and coat all the masalas evenly. Then add crushed maggie cube( or chicken cube) and chopped coriander leaves.
Add water levelling the mixture.Close it to cook.
Simmer it after the first whistle and wait for 2 more whistles
After it is done ,mash the curry partially leaving some cubes of potatoes and carrots.
