Take a pan and add sugar and water.
Place it on high flame and boil.
At the same time take a container with flat base (steel/glass) and brush the base with some buttter.
When the sugar solution turns brown(not golden brown),caramel syrup is ready.
Pour the caramel into the container.
Now take a milk pan, pour milk and then add ingredients 2 to 5.
Place the pan on low flame and start stirring the mix continuously,so that no lumps are formed.
Cook till the mix becomes thick (in the form of paste)
Remove from flame.
Pour the cooked pudding mix on to the container with caramel.
Make some more caramel and pour over the mix if you want.
Let it cool and then keep refreigerated(about 5 hrs)
Serve it on a plate upside down.
Garnish with nuts n raisins.
