Instructions
Boil rice.
Heat oil in a kadai and spread in a thali and cool for 5 minutes.
Add mustard seeds, red whole chillie, curry leaves, cashew nuts, urad dal,turmeric powder.
Pour the rice, green chillie and salt and mix well.
Add lemon juice and corriander leaves.
