to fry
Instructions
Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
Fry well and add for a minute.
Add the bhindis.
Add salt and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
:- Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
