Pepper Bhindi Bhaji

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Bhindi/Ladies Finger
  • 1 no Onion large
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Corriander powder
  • 1/4 piece Ginger optional
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry bhindis, cut into 2 then you can slit them
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Add cut onions, ginger, green chillies, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
  • Fry well and add for a minute.
  • Add the bhindis.
  • Add salt and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  • :- Do not add water, can have this with chappatis or rice.
