Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Cut chicken liver into small piece wash and keep aside
Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
Fry onions.
Add finely cut ginger,garlic and green chillies.
Add corriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric and fry well for a minute.
Add chicken liver, salt and mix well and cover and cook for 20 minutes on a slow fire
Once you see oil come out mix and fry will till mixture is dry.
Add corriander leaves and lemon juice.
