Potato & Capsicum Dry Vegetable
very easy Bachelor receipee , can be had with chappati

- 4 nos Potatoes
- 2 nos Green capsicum large
- 1 no Onion large
- 1 no Green chillie
- 1/4 piece Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Corriander powder
- Turmeric powder a pich
- salt to taste
- Oil As rqrd
Cut potatoes and capsicum , wash and keep aside in seperate container.
Fry onion in oil,add in green chilli, ginger add fennel seeds, corriander powder, turmeric and pepper.
Add potatoes, cover the kadai and cook on a low fire without adding salt till pototo is almost cooked.
Add the salt as per taste.
Add capsicum and cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Enjoy!!!!
