4 nos Potatoes2 nos Green capsicum (large)1 no Onion (large)1 no Green chillie1/4 piece Ginger1/2 tsp Pepper powder1/2 tsp Fennel seeds1 tsp Corriander powderTurmeric powder (a pich)salt (to taste)Oil (As rqrd) Cut potatoes and capsicum , wash and keep aside in seperate container.Fry onion in oil,add in green chilli, ginger add fennel seeds, corriander powder, turmeric and pepper.Add potatoes, cover the kadai and cook on a low fire without adding salt till pototo is almost cooked.Add the salt as per taste.Add capsicum and cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
