Grated coconut

Instructions
Cut raw banana into small pieces, add turmeric, salt and very little water and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
Meantime, crush cut onions, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
Add mustard, whole red chillie, and curry leaves.
Add the cooked banana and all the crushed ingredients and fry well.
Add salt according to taste.
