4 nos Raw bananas1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Grated coconut2 nos Green chillies1/2 piece Ginger (optional)1/2 Red onion1/2 tsp Mustard seeds2 nos Whole red chillies (Kollamulaku)Curry leaves (A few)OilSalt (As reqd) Cut raw banana into small pieces, add turmeric, salt and very little water and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.Meantime, crush cut onions, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies and keep aside.Heat oil in a kadai or wok.Add mustard, whole red chillie, and curry leaves.Add the cooked banana and all the crushed ingredients and fry well.Add salt according to taste.:- Enjoy.
