Boil potatoes in the cooker.
When cool, mash it well.
Drain water or brine from tuna can and squeeze all the water out.
Add it to the potatoes.
Add the cut onions, ginger, garlic pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and red chilly powder.
Make into small balls and flatten.
In 3 separate dishes, place plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs.
Take a flat cutlet at a time. First dip into the plain flour, then into the egg batter and finally roll it in bread crumbs.
Shallow fry till golden brown.
