Kerala Style Spicy Fish Fry(Meen)

Ingredients
  

  • 1k g King Fish/any other fish
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Vinegar can add few drops of lime juice instead
  • Salt as reqd.
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the fish in medium pieces.
  • Make a paste adding chilly powder,turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt along with coconut oil & vinegar.
  • Marinate the fish with the above masala for 30 min.
  • Deep fry them.
  • :-Serve hot with rice.
