First coconut milk

Second coconut mik

Black pepper powder

Instructions
Pressure cook all the vegetables,ginger,green chillies and salt in second coconut milk.
Add the first coconut milk and simmer for 2 min.
:-Do not boil as the milk would curdle.
Switch off the flame.
Add coconut oil followed by black pepper powder.
Garnish with curry leaves.
:-Serve hot with appams/idiyappams.
