Ingredients
- Potato(diced) - 2 nos
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(diced) - 1 no
- Onion(diced) - 1 no
- Shallots(diced) - 5 nos
- Green chilly - 5 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- First coconut milk - 2 cups
- Second coconut mik - 1 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Pressure cook all the vegetables,ginger,green chillies and salt in second coconut milk.
- :-Do not boil as the milk would curdle.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add coconut oil followed by black pepper powder.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
- :-Serve hot with appams/idiyappams.
