Ingredients
- Mutton liver - 1 lb
- Onion(big size) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- For marination: -
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut oil(preferred) - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Instructions
- Marinate the cleaned liver pieces with all the powders and salt for at least half an hour.
- Heat a thick-bottomed vessel, add oil and saute onions and curry leaves.
- Add the marinated liver pieces to the pan and cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Fry stirring in between, also check the level of salt. :-Do not fry for more than 5-10 mins or else liver would turn hard.
