Tomatto-Soya Roast

Tomatto and soya chunks with little gravy... good for Chappathi or roti

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Tomatto Sliced or cubed
  • 10 nos Soya Chunks Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and cut in to 4 pieces
  • 1 Onion big size
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 12 podes Galic 10 chopped
  • 4 nos Green chilly sliced in to half
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
  • Sputter mustard seeds.
  • Add Ginger, Galic, green chillies and onion to it.
  • Saute this mixture untill onion become transparent.
  • Add tomattos, turmeric powder, garam masala,salt and close the lid.Let it to cook for 5 minutes untill the tomattoes become gravy.
  • Add soya chunks and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
