Tomatto-Soya Roast
Tomatto and soya chunks with little gravy... good for Chappathi or roti

- 3 nos Tomatto Sliced or cubed
- 10 nos Soya Chunks Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and cut in to 4 pieces
- 1 Onion big size
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 12 podes Galic 10 chopped
- 4 nos Green chilly sliced in to half
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 3/4 tsp salt
Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
Sputter mustard seeds.
Add Ginger, Galic, green chillies and onion to it.
Saute this mixture untill onion become transparent.
Add tomattos, turmeric powder, garam masala,salt and close the lid.Let it to cook for 5 minutes untill the tomattoes become gravy.
Add soya chunks and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
