Ingredients
- Tomatto(Sliced or cubed) - 3 nos
- Soya chunks(Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and cut in to 4 pieces ) - 10 nos
- Onion(big size) - 1
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 inch
- Galic 10(chopped) - 12 podes
- Green chilly(sliced in to half) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - 3/4 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
- Sputter mustard seeds.
- Add Ginger, Galic, green chillies and onion to it.
- Saute this mixture untill onion become transparent.
- Add tomattos, turmeric powder, garam masala,salt and close the lid.Let it to cook for 5 minutes untill the tomattoes become gravy.
- Add soya chunks and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
