Cut the chicken into medium pieces.
Take a pan (preferably Non stick pan) and put chicken, onion, tomato, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt and gently mix together.
Pour water to the same level of chicken.
Heat the pan (maximum level) and keep until all the water dries up.
:- The gravy will stay thick on the chicken.
Pour oil to this content to deep fry it and put it in sim atleast for 20 mins.
Keep adding each sprig of curry leaves every 5 mins.
:- The more you add, the more it tastes.
:- Squeeze lemon on it finally to give better taste.
