Green chillies

For seasoning:-

Mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Instructions
Grind together peanuts, green chillies and salt adding enough water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Pour the ground chutney and reduce the flame to sim.
:- The chutney must be somewhat watery but not that much watery.
Bring the chutney to a boil.
Add the curry leaves and remove from fire.
Thats it. Peanut chutney is ready.
:- Serve with dosas and idlis.
