Cut paneer into cubes.
Lightly fry them in oil till they reach a light brown colour.
Drain them into a paper towel.
Heat some oil (about 2 tbsp) in a skillet.
Add onion, garlic, green chillies and bell pepper.
Fry until onion become transparent (it should be lightly crunchy).
Add the sauces.
Mix well for 2 mins.
Add the corn flour mix followed by the fried paneer pieces and mix well.
Cover and cook for about 5 mins, stirring in between.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
:- No need to add salt as soy sauce is salty. If you feel the dish needs more salt, you can add a little bit salt according to your taste.
