Splutter mustard seeds in the oil from the canned tuna.
:- Optionally use any oil, if tuna is canned in water.
Saute onions until translucent
Add the tuna and cook for 1 min.
Add salt as necessary.
Add the desiccated/fresh shredded coconut.
Add turmeric and black pepper.
:- Add chilly powder also if you want it to be spicy.
Add the green chillies, sprinkle some water and cook for another 2 mins.
:- Dont let the dish become too dry.
:- Serve hot with rice.
:- You can also add ginger-garlic paste if available after step 2 to enhance the taste.
