Fried Prawns Masala

Delicious and easy recipe of prawns

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 1/2 cups Onion cut into small fine pieces
  • 2 nos Tomato cut into small pieces
  • 100 gm Oil
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 no Garlic
  • 4 nos Green chilly

Instructions
 

  • Grind together ginger, garlic and green chilly.
  • Mix together prawns, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • Heat oil and put prawns in it and shallow fry.
  • Take the prawns from oil.
  • Add the ginger-garlic and chilly paste into the pan.
  • Add onion into this and saute it.
  • When half done, add prawns and close the pan and allow to cook.
  • When done, add tomato and cook well.
  • :- Serve hot.
