Ingredients: 1 cup Prawns; 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder; 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder; Salt (As reqd); 2 1/2 cups Onion (cut into small fine pieces); 2 nos Tomato (cut into small pieces); 100 gm Oil; 1 piece Ginger; 1 no Garlic; 4 nos Green chilly

Ingredients

1 cup Prawns
1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt As reqd
2 1/2 cups Onion cut into small fine pieces
2 nos Tomato cut into small pieces
100 gm Oil
1 piece Ginger
1 no Garlic
4 nos Green chilly

Instructions

Grind together ginger, garlic and green chilly.
Mix together prawns, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Heat oil and put prawns in it and shallow fry.
Take the prawns from oil.
Add the ginger-garlic and chilly paste into the pan.
Add onion into this and saute it.
When half done, add prawns and close the pan and allow to cook.
When done, add tomato and cook well.
:- Serve hot.
